My Review:
One of the best ways that I can describe this wine is that is is essentially like liquid pepper jack cheese. It has a sort of kick with a dry kind of spice, and it smells very bland except for hints of pear and maybe apple flavors. There is definitely some kind of herbal scent thrown in there, and I think that this is where the spiciness flavor comes from.
