This pink moscato sparkling wine has the right amount of elegance and fun, making it an appropriate choice for romantic desserts or a night out with your favorite girls (or guys). Serve chilled, and pair with something just as sweet.

Folly: Page 251. A frizzante (lightly sparkling), highly aromatic sweet white wine from Piedmont that has some of the lowest alcohol levels of all wine (5.5% ABV). These wines are loved for their outstanding aromas and succulent sweet taste that pairs well with fruity desserts and cake.

My Review: 
While I am normally not a fan of champagne, this alcohol has hit me a little different. And no, not because it is named "after" me :). While this is not a rose, I find it similar in taste to such wines, with the impression of drinking flower with just a tiny hint of fruit. This wine is sweet through and through, and it is a light, non-viscous beverage. Would certainly have it again.

I had this wine with no food.
